Public Consultation on Revised Retail Tariff Regulation
Introduction
The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority is
planning to revise the existing Retail Tariff Regulation based on the
experience gained while implementing the Regulation since 2016.
The Regulation Aimed to be a single reference
document for the regulatory framework governing the approval and filing of
retail tariffs before launching them in the market. The Regulation proposes
mechanism to regulate retail tariffs of dominant and non-dominant licensees and
prescribes tariff transparency and other requirements for consumers’ interest.
TRA invite all interested parties to participate by providing written remarks and opinions on the proposed framework and to answer the listed
questions.

Your feedback to the consultation document before 24th February 2022 is highly appreciated.
