What is Quality of Service Index?

Quality of Service Index or QoS Index is a statistical measure or a single indicator that reflects the overall performance and quality of service for the telecom sector in Oman. The QoS Index is calculated based on mobile and fixed sub-indices, which are derived from key performance indicators (KPI’s) measuring the quality of telecom service.
