Once an application is received through CRM, the applicant will receive a notification through email or SMS or both. This notification confirms receiving the application and provides the customer with a reference number for tacking the progress of the application. After the application is reviewed, TRA might ask the customer to provide more details. Once an application is complete and processed, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection also through email or SMS or both. If the application is approved, the customer can receive the related document by visiting TRA.
