Tariff & Costing

The Costing and Tariffs Department implements price control in retail telecom markets and performs below functions:

• Regulating retail tariffs by developing and implementing necessary regulations and guidelines.
• Monitor the market to identify non-compliance with regulation and anti-competitive practices, and take the necessary measures to address them, and prevent the recurrence of such practices.
• Conduct economic analysis for all relevant regulatory matters.
• Study and address the consumer complaints related to tariffs in coordination with the Customers Affairs Department.
