Quality of Service and USO

• Establish regulations for quality of service standards and ensure commitment of licensed companies.
• Conduct field surveys to ensure the performance of licensees' networks
• Conduct field survey of facilitate land for building USO sites
• Ensure USO sites comply with QoS guidelines
• Handle public requests/complaints regarding degraded QoS/no coverage for areas not covered under license obligation.
• Monitor and ensure telecom operators provide unbiased services to people with special needs.
