Target Companies Interested to provide telecom services

Required Documents 1. Business Plan. 2. Financial Plan. 3. CV’s. 4. Commercial Registration. 5. Undertaking to establish a company according to Oman laws. 6. Company Structure. 7. Copies of any license either from Oman or abroad. 8. Copies of Audited financial statements. 9. Letter form the bank about the company financial capacity. 10. Technical information for the proposed systems and networks. 11. Technical Setup. 12. Specifications form the equipment manufacturer. 13. Performance Bond/Bank Guarantee. 14. For SAOG companies, declaration of shareholders names and the company structure in regards to the shareholders. 15. Plan for the investments in the business for next 5 years. 16. Payment receipt of RO 3000/= non-refundable for processing the application 17. Any other documents or information required by TRA.
