Description Licensees has to submit to TRA detailed proposed tariff (Price and Terms & Conditions) for TRA assessment and approval in accordance of Retail Tariff Regulation.

Target Dominant Licensees and Non-Dominant Licensees (filing only)

Required Documents The dominant licensee shall provide all supporting information as required under the Regulation including, but not limited to, cost data and calculations as attachment to the application.

Terms and Conditions Provide detailed terms and conditions applicable to the Tariff. Indicate whether the Tariff has an associated minimum commitment period, if so, its duration and penalties in case of early termination.

Forms Fill the fields in Tariff System which is accordance of Annex-1 of Retail Tariff Regulation.
