Public Consultations on Regulations regulating the rights of users of telecommunications services
Introduction
The Regulation aims at regulating the relationship between beneficiaries and telecom services providers with the aim to safeguard the interests of the beneficiaries in the sector, and to encourage them to exercise their rights . The Regulation also aims to raise the beneficiaries’ awareness of their obligations, and to determine the obligations of the services providers towards the beneficiaries of their services.

TRA invites all interested parties to participate by providing written remarks and opinions on the proposed framework and to answer the listed questions.
